They will not take NO for an answer. They are very aggressive in getting your credit card numbers. Even a small amount, that they can use to add later. If you refuse to give them credit card, the intimidate you by threatening court action. Telling us we would have to appear Seattle, Washington. Elite charged, WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION, $12,000. We have had nothing from them except brief coaching sessions. We paid them $497.00 for this ripoff. Alpha Tech (in Washington) charge of $4,000 was rejected by our BofA. They intimidated and deluged with phone calls. We asked them to send us an invoice and we would send a check. They said they had worked all weekend and the 3- day cancellation was not valid. To date we have not seen a webpage or any other work product from them
