Complaint Review: elite classic cars Clint knight Jason Holmes

This was a online deal. Decided to buy a 1966 imperial crown from this company since they had me believing it just needed a lil work on rocker panels and a paint job. I live in FL and car was in IL so I took there word for it. Once I paid car off within my contract and had it shipped here where then I seen all the damage. The floor was shot and you could seriously take a finger and poke wholes through it. Called mr. clint and he said he could pay a lil but started talking about he is always getting screwed in deals like this. ( hello sir but I just purshased a freaking 5000 dollar rust bucket off u and your telling me this story) long story short he sent me a check for a lousy 400 and check was bad so that just gives a a slight insight on how this man and his company works. contract states i can get a refund but will lose 1800 from down payment. tell him that and not a word from him. so basically he is trying to screw me out of everything. Im going to be having my attorney look at things and since contracted can be voided cause u cant even make out the find print on it ima get whats owed to me plus hopefully help few more ppl from making the same mistake i did with this ((((REDACTED))).I have all the copys of receipts and emails which prove that the car was suppose to have a good floor.
