Complaint Review: Elite Commerce Inc

Purchased Pimsleur Spanish 1-4 CD's  and was sent only the first 3 as there was a back order on CD Lesson #4. Was told when one became available they would send it out to me. After many months of waiting, I made several calls to business number leaving several messages. I also emailed them. Never got any response. Today I called on a different phone and had someone else leave a messages regarding interest in purchasing a product. The owner, Doug Hall, called back. When confronted about the purchase that was never sent to me, he claimed he didn't have a complete record of my purchase and since it had been so long he could not help me out. He then hung up on me.
