I am reporting tihs here under very suspect behavior. I also want to make sure I state that I did not lose any money in my dealings with this company. What I lost was time (3 days), preparing to both work with and invest with this company.

First I was called and told that if I simply sent names and contact information on local merchants I would earn money. The investment $495. I paid with my Discover Card.

Next I had phone appointment with my coach, Brian Casey, who presented a "very exclusive" investment opportunity with Master/Visa. He gave me examples of huge returns with no risk by investing through them with Master and Visa Card services. I was impressed with Mr. Casey. He told me the he himself made a $100,000 investment after the bank crash in 2009 and was earning inexcess of $100,000 moth today under this very same program.

Of course, as an investor, I was interested. He originally asked for $10,000 but settled for a start up of $2500 with an option to increase. When I asked for references he said he could not give them.

I was then given off to a young lady that gave me sprecific instructions on how to go to FedEx and send my investment.

Before getting the money sent it dawned on me that I had nothing in writing about this investment like some sort of prospectus. In fact I didin't even have an outline, an email or anything.

This is when the drama began. First, I sent an email to customer servvice (Heather) asking for something in writing. No response. I then called and spoke to Heather. While I was explaining she cut me off mis sentence and said she would not be interrupted by anyone when she speaks. I wasn't aware I had interrupted her! I figured maybe she was having a bad day so I let it go.

From that point on she became very curt. Nothing like a customer service rep ought to be. In fact she began acting like a rat trapped in a corner. Maybe she has more involvement in this scheme than she is letting on, I thought.

Finally, I arrived at FedEx ready to send the deposit and called one more time for some written documentation before sending in my investment.

Heather got on the phone with me and said... " We hold ourselves to very high standards and the way you spoke to me shows us you are someone we do not want to business with. We have credited your Discover card, would you like your confirmation number?"

I then asked curiously, what had I done to have them reject me? Of course, I suspected I had been identified has someone who could cause trouble for them down the road.

So why write this? If this company is for real and not some sort of scheme they will respond for others down the road to feel safe. And if they are for real, I think the authorities should no they are soliciting investments without so much as a written outline, This is not good. I will be contacting the SEC about the suspicious behavior of this outfit.

Finally, I will say this. Brian Casey ( My Coach), seemed like I pretty good guy. I thought we hit it off, however he did refuse to talk to me when I requested written information. Heather? Let's just say it wouldn't be appropriate to use the words that best describe her. She certainly does not have customer service skills, on my humble opinion.

One last thing. I do not believe in hiding behind my words. Feel free to contact me if you like. My phone number is (((redacted))).

Elite Consumer Services Phoenix

I had a similar experience with Elite Services. I was initially asked if I wanted to make money (~$2100 a month working

From there I was sent to a "senior" representative who asked what questions I had but when I started asking questions and verbalizing some doubts he got very defensive and said, "I guess you really aren't serious about making money then, are you?" Whatever he intended to do it did nothing but to make me suspicious and angry. When I said there was no need to be rude and that I hadn't asked him to call me he said, "Oh, but you did." Not true.

i did ask a few questions such as where the company is located (Phoenix, AZ) and said I wanted to do more research. That's when I found this thread and complaint and wanted to let anyone reading this know to be wary of people who try to force you into making a snap decision and gets defensive if you ask questions. I would describe the "Senior rep" as a "snake in the grass."
