We saw an expose on our Local TV station showing the elite getaways and grand getaway vacatons was a scam. I spoke to their customer service representative about the show. He said it was not true. When I asked to cancel my contract, he replied NO WAY, you signed a contract. When I tried to make a reservation with this company, their superior accomodations were inferior and at no discounts as they publisized. they also said as part of the package I was to receive $100 in free gas cards and a free vacation. It is now 5 months later and I am still waiting for both. I placed the purchase on my CITICARD credit card and now CITICARD wont back me up.

Elite Getaways no longer distributes the Grand Getaways Vacation Club membership and all gifts are from third party providers.
Should any of these gifts not be exactly as described by the written terms and conditions they will be replaced or the providers contacted for resolution.
