Elite Marketing Group Howard Horowitz-President I was told that I was enrolling in the Delta frequent flier program and NOT that I was applying for a credit card New York, Nationwide
The sales reps at various airports across the country trick passengers into thinking they are enrolling in an airline frequent flier program. When I questioned why my social seuity number was needed for enrollment, I was told it was for "verification purposes" and nothing else. I received a letter in the mail stating that I had applied for credit but was denied. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Thousands of people each month are scammed by Elite Marketing Group's sales reps. If you were a victum, I urge you to file a complaint with the CFPB to ensure that this does not continune to happen. It is happening right now as I send this complaint. If there are any attorneys that would like to pursue this please do not hesitate to contact me.
