I got approval to spend $900 of our marketing dollars for "qualified mortgage leads". Bill White was constantly calling our offices, making promises that have a process in place that guarntees enough qualified leads to pay well over what was invested. I finally fell for it...but should have known better when he said the $900 had to be up front. ALSO, he has a free yahoo email account.
Professional companies do not have their employees using personal email adresses. I come from the online lead gen world - i should have known better! Now $900 in, i have not received 1 qualified lead that meets the specs we discussed. As a matter of fact, i have not received an UNQUALIFIED lead in the past 2 months. I keep trying to call their 800# and it goes to a recording.
I am reporting this so no one else gets scammed. This is a rip off! Oh, and he also had some other mortgage people talk to me as referrals. DO NOT FALL for this one.
