Complaint Review: ELITE MARKETING TEAM - ELITE MARKETING GROUP

This company is top notch one of the best con-artist ever. I was contacted on 03/19/2008 first by there telemarketers and then was transferred to an agent who said he was the Sales Manager Bill White and promised he would provide fresh leads and this part is right out of there contract

Parameters Will Include: Credit selected is Excellent profiles. Requesting straight rate and term or cash out- refi. Current LTV on the property to be below 80%. 7% or higher on the current rate fixed rate and term refis. If the current rate is an ARM we will find out when it is due to adjust. 640 fico and above. No mobile or manufactured home leads. 100k minimum loan amount for conventional. Refis only. All leads sold only to (my company) . We guarantee at least one loan closed on minimum purchase.

So after a million promises I sent him a check on a Tuesday and he said the leads would start on Thursday. So Thursday comes and I get a call from women named Nancy and states she is going to set me up and I will receive leads starting Friday, ok here we go the lies are starting. Friday comes I call in ask where the leads are and was told by Nancy that she needs to start me on Monday. So I asked her to have Bill call me since he was on another call and I also emailed multi times and he never called me back or answered my emails. Monday comes and now when I call I get put on hold by Nancy at least 5 min (no lie) I call back she puts me back on hold again, mean while I am emailing Bill White like crazy and no response again. Nancy gets on and tells me she will try to have leads today. Again request a call from Bill (amazing in the selling process he picked right up) now does not even return my calls. I come in on Tuesday morning to find 3 leads in my email I call them 1. Had no phone 2.Wrong info 3.Never was called or interested. (so I thought these where fresh telemarketed leads or at least that what I paid for and was promised)

So then I emailed him for like the 12th time and left another message for Bill then after a million calls on Tuesday. We get 2 leads faxed to us at the end of the day, also bad phone #s and false info. I called on Wednesday morning and finally got the second part of the scam a guy who claimed he was the General Manager JIM MARTIN and listened closely and said please let him find out what was going on and he would get back to me. Well Thursday I find an email below:

This is Jay whom you spoke with this morning. I spoke to our Mgrs and we have agreed to do a refund and halt your account. If after 5 leads your going to act as you have, we are better to part ways. I understand that your frustrated, and we will resolve this by giving your money back and moving on. You will receive a refund. I will be in touch when I get the funds are available. Thanks, Jay

Again that was 04/07/2008 and still no check as of 04/14/2008 I email and even try to trick someone to get Jay on the phone by pretending I am new client, but they are too good at scamming to fall for that. Every once in a while he will respond to one of my many emails that the owner will send me a check but does not know when. My patience was wearing out and Friday I could not take it anymore so I told him that if I do not receive my check by the close on business on Monday that I would be filing this report and he told me not to, or I would not get my money back .I said to him are you kidding me? I am waiting over a week for a refund check without even an inkling of when I would receive it. You have to be kidding me this guy and company is a bunch of scammers. They have no intentions of sending me my money back


I HAVE COPIES OF ALL EMAIL CONVERSATIONS WITH THESE CROOKS TO BACK UP MY CLAMIS

PUT THE WORD OUT THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I did a search on the internet because when you call there they dont give any info on the phone about whom there are or who they are affiliated with. I did find a little information
