Elite movers and storage picked my furniture up in Mesa Arizona on May 15, 2012,(contract number w189395) it was kept in their storage for a month and my first delivery date was expected around June 15, 2012 to Kalamazoo Michigan. I
had relocated to Michigan in May so I called the agency as well as emailed their customer service department( the only other form of contact for the agency on the website) several weeks before the anticipated delivery date to
provide them with my updated contact information.

I then phoned the agency closer to the delivery date and spoke with a representative to find out when my items would be delivered; I was advised that they could not give me a specific date and at the time was unable to locate my contract and did not know when my items would be dispatched for delivery. The representative took my updated contact information again and stated someone from the agency would return my call with a follow up on the information I requested.

I had not heard back from the company so I phoned them again within a few days and was again not given any information as to my delivery date. I explained that the items would be placed in storage so I needed to make the necessary arrangements and the representative stated (as well as an emailed I received from customer service)
that I would be contacted when my items were dispatched for delivery and given a 24 hour notice in addition so that I can make the necessary accommodations.

Several days passed and on June 25th I received a miss call from the agency (no voice mail was left) I return the call and was advised my items were scheduled to be delivered that day and I needed to be available by 6pm to receive them. I
explained to who I believe was the dispatch manager Roy that I was out of town on a personal matter and would not be available. I also tried to explain that I had not received any communication from the agency other than the times I
phoned to try and find out where my items were which is why I was not prepared to receive my goods.

He very rudely stated there wasn't anything he could do because he was not given an updated number for me until after the items were dispatched for delivery. He called back a few minutes later and stated the only thing he could do was have the items delivered the following day or return them. I explained that I would try and be available the following day for delivery but wasn't sure if I would be able to get back to Kalamazoo. Later that evening I received a voice mail from Roy stating that the truck driver advised him that I probably could not get back to accept the delivery; therefore
"since I refused my delivery" my items would be returned to the warehouse until further notice.

I called several times to try and find out what was going on and was just told the owner wasn't available but would return my call within a few days. I also emailed customer service and finally received a reply after the second email stating they are working on my file and someone will contact me shortly.

On July 5, 2012 I received a call from the owner who was very rude and disrespectful and stated it was my fault I did not receive my goods at the time of delivery and because of that, they have been placed back in storage and I would need to pay an additional $900.00 for storage fees to receive them.
