Complaint Review: Elite Personal Search Dating agency

I am extremely disappointed with this dating agency. Even though I haven't been with this company for a long time, I'm already very frustrated with it's services. The quality of the matches that have been presented to me is very low. I thought may be I have a problem communicating with my matchmaker. I called Elite's top manager in CA many times to ask him to change the matchmaker for me to see if I was going to have a different experience. However, it's been a month and none of my phone calls have been returned. Then I started looking up on the Internet what others had to say. Apparently, I am one of many people that have the same or even worse experience. They charge thousands of dollars for their services but don't lift a finger to provide anything for you. And you can't even return your money. Please, check BBB.com and consumeraffairs.com first to see how many people have been scammed. I'd never ever recommend this agency to anybody. And the worse part, they don't even care that their clients are frustrated.
