Complaint Review: Elite Pool & Spa

I purchaced a home and the seller used Elite pool to do the inspection.

For $25 Elite signed a document stating the pool did not leak and the pool was in "good condition".

Once closing happened, which was only a few days, I noticed that the salt system and the actuators where broken, also the pool was leaking a large amount of water to the neighbors house.

I emailed Angelo and he stated, he wrote whatever the seller wanted on the document, and did not do anything but throw some shock in the pool. He aslo stated the salt system never worked while is managed the pool.

There is over $20000 in damage and I would have NEVER bought the house.

I have filed against his bond and licience as a pool association.

Never ever ever use this person or company.
