I was sent a Letter of Demand, via email, for a payday loan asking for immediate payment or acceptance of payment plan and if they did not hear from me in 4 hours would commence further debt collection procedures.  I have never heard from this company before.  They state in their email that they have contacted me numerous times.  I have received nothing in writing, via regular mail.  Below is a copy of the email.

No I don't owe them money.

They say they sent me several messages, I never heard of them or from them.  It shouldn't matter if I owed them money or not when the facts they are stating are false to begin with.

What if I had taken a loan from them and then filed bankruptcy and had the loan discharged in the bankruptcy?

I can't tell reading this if you even have an account with them??

If so, are you late with a payment?  What does your contract say?
