I purchased 2 bottles of Oxicarotene Supplement from Elite Science & Nutrition Group, LLC via their website of https://oxicarotene.com. The company charged my CC $85.09 on June 16, 2019. I have emailed the company 3 times at info@oxicarotene.com and have not received any response. Nor has the company provided me any order number or shipment information. I have not received any product.
I have called both telephone numbers associated with this company at 1-800-510-4985 and 1-800-555-6789. The first number does not work. It just sounds a beeping noise. The second number goes to an Indian call center that has no information about the product or my purchase. The call cetner tries to sell you other products and has no informatio pertainig to Oxicarotene or any orders.
Do not order from this company's website. It appears the company has been deactivated, but has kept its website active and allows orders to be placed. However, the company cannot be contacted by any means.
I googled the company and it shows the company's status as "Inactive".
