Tried to contact the business to let them know that we had to do an emergency change of phone numbers. Due to a robbery that happened at a shopping center. There is no way to contact the business when this happens. So they were monitoring an old number. Called on Monday morning and left a message with no return call back. I even stated that it was an emergency.
Poor monitoring service. This is not to mention that to just to access your account you have to go to 3 different websites and then the technical support is the worst. They are rude and really do not care about the service.
I am contacting an attorney today to see if I can get out of the contract.
Horrible company do not use at any point.
