I had a drop ship account with Elite Sports Collectibles. I had orders of Elite products for $10,478.80. The first week of June my e-mails including order submissions were ignored. On June 11, 2010 I received an e-mail from Salvatore Fiore apologizing saying it would never happen again. In the same e-mail he assures me that my orders will be shipped that day 6/11/10 (1st lie). I never received confirmation that any orders have shipped. I tried all weekend to contact someone to get a status, no luck. Meanwhile I have told my customers that their orders are being shipped on the 11th.


On Monday, June 14, 2010 I receive another e-mail telling me they understand my concern and will all my orders will ship in 24-48 hours (2nd lie) and because of the delay they will ship expedited at their expense.

24 hours pass, 48 hours pass and no confirmation e-mail. I have sent several e-mails and left a voice mail, which of course have been ignored.

I have reported them to the BBB and will be meeting with my attorney this week to see what legal recourse I have.

It hurts to lose the money but over time I can recover from that. However losing customers and having my reputation tarnished is devastating.
