Elite Sunglasses.com Aka Elite Products Group Ripped Off! Debited Credit Card has not sent Sunglasses Costa Mesa California
On April 18, 2003 I ordered Sunglasses on line and ask that the co. call me to verify the style I wanted was available and ready to ship. They called me and said they would ship out that day.
On 4/21/03 my credit card was debited $41.95. Shipping was to be 3-7 business days, ON the 10th day I called # and got a recording saying their phone system was inadequate and to direct inquiries to email address. I have emailed them several times and no response. They claim to answer the emails within 24 hours NOT TRUE I want my money back or sunglasses
