I took out a loan for $9,500 to get my MCSE from Elite Training back in Oct. 2002. My classmates and I were lead to beleive after taking the courses and test we would confident enough in computers to get a job in the computer industry. Some of my classmates say that they heard we were promised a job upon completion of our Certifications. We were also informed that if we completed the courses, but still needed further assistance we would be able to go back at any time to brush up on our skills. However, we are not able to go back now because the owner of Elite Training(Christa) filed Bankruptcy and closed her business down.

I know that I am not the only student that feels that the information received over the course of three months is not sufficent enough to land a job of our dreams. The problem lies in the fact that we don't have anyone to turn to. We can't sue Christa because the law protects her from lawsuits. However, I think maybe we can start a classaction suit agianst Microsoft or even the Government for allowing these Technical schools to get away with false advertisement and for not stepping in and making these companies fulfill their obligations to their students. Email me if you would like to start a classaction, cause I am game.
