Complaint Review: Elite Vacation Marketing Copeland Marketing

Lets not get hung up on things that dont matter, like the balding hair, fat, teeth, taste in clothes, even the open use of Vodka in the office on a daily basis. Those things are all very benign in comparison to the large picture. Lets focus on the Fraud....

Do you agree that these are the facts?:

No timeshare was ever sold or rented by CMC from 2002-2005.

There are no public records of a timeshare ever being sold or rented, not even one instance from 2002-2005. There is no title agency anywhere that can vouch for CMC.

From 2002-2005 no effort was made in anyway whatsoever to advertise a single timeshare for sale or rent.

There were never any "Face to Face" presentations at all, despite the fact that the contracts say so, and that was the main pitch of the company.

That CMC simply took the money, did absolutely nothing at all as far as presentations or advertising, never called any clients, and many times would not even answer the phone when certain clients would call if they were recognized on the caller ID.

That the testimonials that CMC distributes are 100% fictitous.

That CMC cheats on their taxes?

I'm certain Debra that you could add to this list as well.

Telling the truth about CMC, helping the 10000+ people that have been ripped off to get their money back is soothing to the soul and will lift a large weight from your chest. It's never too late to make good on past mistakes...

Andrea, you need to stop and get a hold of yourself. You are falsely accusing me of things I haven't done and you are doing it without any proof to backup your accusations.

If you don't stop slandering me, and leave me alone, I will throw all of your "dirty laundry" out there and the difference between me and you is, I can back up everything I know about you, your husband and your crooked business. Before you react, stop and ask yourself if "getting the last word" is so important to you, that you will risk me telling ALL of the company secrets I have stored away.

You should be concentrating on how you can turn your life around to try to escape lengthy prison terms which will sever you from your children! Well, you don't really care about that. You don't do anything with them, or play with them, or teach them. You are drunk every minute of every day of your life.

You are the lauging stock of your company. There's not one person there who has an ounce of respect for you. None of them even like you. In fact, they dread your arrival every day. They are sick of having to tell you how pretty you are. They all make fun of how you always say "we love you".

I wonder if any of them know about your surgery to remove all of the fat you have. $9,000 worth of stolen money on lipo-suction!! What a waste!! It didn't even work!!

Even Jackie loathes you and just pretends to be your "friend". Speaking of Jackie, everyone always has the same question..........how is it that your "number 1 producer", Jackie, is the only one to have escaped being on the rip-off reports?

Anyway, take my advice and heed my warning.....sober up, mind your own business, and leave me alone. Do not continue to slander me or mind my business. If you continue, I'll take action.........and, you don't want that.

If I read anymore of your "mis-spelled" "rebuttals", or hear that you plan to contact anyone in "my world", I will tell of old times......like the time the customer had 10 children, a terminal husband, and, $150 to her name, and the employee didn't want to persue the call.

Jason said to let it go and YOU said, "get the money - who cares about her dying husband and 10 kids"......I have 100's more of those stories and back-up to put with them!!

I mean it. Find someone else to harrass. Pick on someone who is an easier target than I would be. Someone who can't harm you with "knowledge and backup."

Debra Laughrey aka "Tina" has incorporated an illegal company called "Superior Marketing". They have no license to do business and actually offer no service or product, they simply charge credit cards through an illegal merchant account. Debra is quite familier with jail so I assume she will fit right in when she is arrested for violating her felony probation. The rest of her illegal employees can go with her.
