Elite Wireless Products ripped me off for products that were never received. ripoff Casselberry Florida
I'm writing this complaint about this company for the last time.
So to get to the point on March 30th I ordered a faceplate, phone case, auto charger, & a LED antenna for a motorolla nextel i50 cell phone. They debited my account on April 1st. According to shipping schedules my order should arrive within 7-9 days. I gave two weeks and my order never arrived. I tryed calling the main office but never got thru as it was busy. In two occasions I spoke to customer service and only gave me the runaround and/or some lame excuse, infact they gave me the wrong postal tracking number.
When requested that my order be canceled & monies refunded they declined stating it's nonrefundable but it's possible to exchange it. I declined as I had already purchased accessories elsewere.
To this day I have not received any messages,letters or refund. I belive this company is ripping off good people and getting away with it. Shut Them Down.
