Complaint Review: Elite-Wireless

I was also informed that there would be a back order, but I did receive my shipment in due time. Unfortunately I did not like the quality of the product and followed the return procedure within the allotted time frame. It has been well over a two months and have yet to receive the credit on my charge. Phone calls have gone to "not in service at this time", or "this number is no longer available". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
