Elite-Wireless ripoff tricked and lied to us Lake Mary Florida

Went online and ordered product via 2 day air. One week later, still did not recieve product, called company. Was told an E-mail was sent out to me stating my shipment was on backorder, yet they already charged my account and recieved their money. I myself did not recieve this proclaimed E-mail.

Called back to cancle order and get money back, they stated that they would do it immediatly. It was not done. Called back again, they stated they didn't have to do it for one week.

Contacted the Better Business Beureau in Florida. They stated they had a report from dozens of angry customers complaining of "Payment taken, failure to ship." They also stated that only a select few customers were able to get their money back.
