I ordered a case for my new Blackberry Pearl 8120 on December 22, 2008 from elitextreme.com. A few days had gone by after that and I decided to call to check status on my order as I had never received an email that it had shipped. I called 3 times and all three times a woman told me that it was being packaged and getting ready to be shipped out. Well to my amazement, today the woman told me that the item was NOT in stock but would offer me a "2 for 1" deal (same story as another woman posted on here!). I basically told her to go scratch and that I wanted to cancel my order immediately and be refunded the full amount. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was it. I told her she was incompitent and I insisted on speaking to someone higher than her. What a shocker, she transferred me to someone higher than her! (even though she said she was "it"). The man I spoke with was exremely rude. I gave him an earful and demanded payment be put back into my account TODAY. They were so quick to take payment out of my account for something that they had no intention of ever sending so I demanded that they be just as quick to put the money back in. If I do not receive payment back in my account within a few days I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest everyone else on here do the same. I checked them out on bbb.org and they have a satisfactory rating however, they also had about 250 complaints against them this year. For anyone considering ordering from them take my advice and DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! This time they messed with the wrong girl b/c I am not giving up until I get my refund...as small as it may be. I will call every day and make their lives a living hell until I get my money back.
