I placed an order for 2 phone covers in October. The company shipped the wrong cover, one for another model phone, and didn't send the 2nd cover. I called and they re-shipped one of the items but said the other was on back order. I shipped the wrong one back at my expense and waited on the 2nd cover. Weeks went by and I emailed and called again. Still on back order.

On 12/3/08 I emailed that I wanted a refund for the cover plus shipping and was emailed back that I would have to call. I called and was told I would get a refund and today is Dec 16 and no refund and no email confirmation. This is totally unacceptable to do business this way. It is not the money that is bothering me, it's the way this company does business. I have kept all of my emails and I have made a total of 3 long distance phone calls over this and think they need to be reported to paypal and other entities for their pitiful customer service.

After a google search I see they rip off lots of people and the amounts are low enough for people to just blow it off but not me.
