I placed an order with this company about 2 years ago and was very happy, so, I did not hesitate to order again when I got a new phone. I place my order 5/14/09 and they charged me immediately, not just an authorization, but a charge. A week later I inquired on the order and was then told it was back ordered. I wait a few days later and after hearing nothing else, I cancelled the order. I did receive an immediate email response that my order was cancelled. I emailed again a few days later and asked when I would receive my credit--no response. I emailed two more times with the same question and still no response. I called today and was disconnected no less than 7 times before Liz finally answered and said it would be 15 business days before I would receive my credit. I will report again whether I receive my credit early next week, which will be the 15 business days. There are all kinds of threats on the website about no cancellations and restocking fees and chargeback fees. I discussed this with my bank and we will be pursuing this as fraud if I do not receive my credit within their ridiculous time frame!
