Eliteproducts.net, Stores.eliteproducts.net, Eliteproducts, Elite Products Stores.eliteproducts.net Never delivered Ipod Touch, charged my debit card $239.98 and I can't get in touch with anyone. Cincinnati Ohio

I ordered an Ipod Touch from this website using my debit card through Paypal. I never received my product and tried to contact the customer service mulitple times via email and have never received anything back other than an automatic reply as soon as I send my email to them, which says they will contact me shortly - but never do. I also filed a claim with Paypal, which found in my favor but said they can not get my money back for me (I still don't understand why Paypal continues to allow this website to use their service if the website is ripping us off?). I then contacted my bank and filed a claim with them, which found that the transaction was not in any error because it is showing that Paypal is the originator of the transaction and not www.stores.eliteproducts.net. So, I can't contact anybody with customer service, Paypal can't help me and my bank can't help me. It looks like I am out $239.98!
