Complaint Review: Eliteproducts

Eliteproducts No product delivered. Credit Card Charged right away. Nothing shipped. No tracking. Didn't answer phone. No returned calls or e-mails. Cincinnati Ohio

I ordered headphones and received and "Order Confirmation" e-mail right away. Followed by a "Your Order Has Been Shipped!" e-mail the next day. No tracking information was provided in the e-mail nor what service was used to allegedly ship i.e UPS, USPS, FEDEX. My credit card was charged the same day.

After not receiving anything for a couple of weeks I called and left messages at their "Customer Service" numbers: 614-754-0049 and 1-513-237-8309. They never answer the phone nor return phone calls and messages. I e-mailed cs@eliteproducts.net and daniel@eliteproducts.net with no response.

If you google map their address, Eliteproducts 2680 Lehman RD #C501 Cincinnati, OH 45204, you'll find a photo of an apartment building. This guy is apparently running a scam. A web site to take you credit card number and then disappear.
