Ordered 3 bottles 3/4/24 - received 3/9/24 / Returned USPS with tracking number 4/28/24 / DigiStore24 Customer Service said received 5/2/24 at the warehouse.  Demanded my email / phone / address / order number / invoice id - Fine gave it all and demanded to know why my refund wasn't sent.  Non-American accent female gave me RMA number and would only refund one unopen bottle, not the empty or the partial bottle.  Returned anyway and thought I could reach an legitimate American, no supervisor available, ever after 4 calls.  

Guarantee stated 100% no questions, stated as above.  BS, First call before returning product, she said only partial for one unopen bottle.  Gave me RMA #.  Sent the bottles back with track number.  Delivered 3 weeks before 60 days up.  Called back 4/17/24 - where is my refund, stated on invoice 5 to 7 days for credit card refund.  

Called rep today 5/17/24 - Cocky male out of country accent took same info down fully identifying me.  I did not have the RMA number in front of me.  He said will only fully refund when you call back with RMA and he hung up after I gave my opinion of their business practices and his attitude toward Americans. 

Called back again, female cocky rep as above.  Gave RMA number / Name / Address / Email / Phone / Order / Invoice / etc.  Now it's been 15 days since EliteXtreme & DigiStore24 received the return with RMA.  I have photos, copies of receipts, website guarantee, etc.  She said I will be back in a while, returned to call 4 minutes later. No return of money, it's past 60 days we will not refund your 177.00.  Let her know my thoughts of EliteXtreme and DigiStore24 fraudulent business practices.  She hung up.   

I filed with authorities, here, Trustpilot, FTC, complaintsboard.com / roidsmarket.com / forksforum.com / and every board possible. Done with being ripped off by these scumbags.  Their website claims 6439 FIVE Star Reviews out of only 6439 Reviews, nothing less than 5 star reviews on their website.  BS, not possible..

Do Not Order EliteXtreme or work with DigiStore24 rude and unintelligible Reps.  EliteXtreme is only expensive urine.  They need to be shutdown.  This is the second time I've had to return a product to DigiStore24, I had no idea until I received the invoice with their name at the top.
