We entered into a consignment agreement with Eliza Ferrell to sell our horse. She sold the horse on 11/10/12. She has never paid us the sale proceeds per our contract. Since the sale date, she has not returned any of our messages via phone, email or text.

We were able to arrange a settlement and we have now been paid in full-October 2013.
