Eliza Farrell agreed to train a horse for our rescue, Beyond The Roses Equine Rescue & Retirement. She was leasing stalls from a farm named Shady Acres, in Grove City, Ohio, where she kept her horses in training. Money was sent to her for the board of $350 per month for the horse for January, February and March, 2013. She cashed the checks but never paid the farm owner for the board. In order for us to get the horse, we now have to pay the board again to the farm owner.
