More Info
Concerning Elizabeth Carter, attorney for Carter, Piskadio, Shalk. OF Denver Colorado.
Carter not only threatened, she also refused to give evidence to the courts showing that her client was mentally stable (the reason client lost custody) showing discrepencies in the children's behavior when with each parent. Showing two states dual concern that the children may have been abused. Failed to properly represent or contact client. Failure to return clients phone calls. Continued representation for months after first and second requests to step down. Signing of court documents that disadvantaged client in further court proceedings. Threatening to sue client if the client made any accusations agains her person or business. Threatening to turn over clients children and parental rights if papers were not signed. Cashing checks but refusing to credit them to the debt that was signed over through threats made above.
