Complaint Review: Elizabeth Ousky of the Columbus Ohio Department of Public Health

Elizabeth Ousky from the Columbus Department of Public Health seems like a petty inspector who actually gets upset when she doesn't find anything.  She is probably jealous of successful restaurant owners and it seems like if she doesn't like you, she will go out of her way to f*ck you over, citing you for every minor violation that can easily be fixed or is not really a threat to the safety of the people.  

For more than 10 years no one has ever complained or gotten sick at my restaurant and then this b*tch comes along and files report after report in a preemptive strike to put me out of business.  I took my case to the board, but it seems like it is there word against yours and regardless of the evidence (or lack of evidence on their part), they automatically take the inspector's side without even hearing your side of the story.  

Basically the health department inspectors can, in theory, lie about your business in a collaboration to shut you down (since you have to take your case to court to prove your innocence, some business owners may not have the assets to hire an attorney to take their case to court so they have no choice but to comply).  They seem like very sadistic people, yet the public seems to rever them as heroes because the media seems to write every article in their favor.  Like I said, NO ONE has ever gotten sick at my restaurant in 10 years!  

I think the health department is full of sh*t!  I work hard for my business, I keep it clean and spotless!  Yet they have the right to shut it down as if it were nothing.  I wonder how they would feel if someone took away their jobs?

If there is such a thing as Karma, the I believe that Elizabeth Ousky and every dirt ball health inspector like her will die a horrible, terrible death, similar to the ones you see in the Saw movies.  There must be justice in this world and I seriously hope that the Health Department of Columbus and Elizabeth Ousky gets what's coming to them because they are all MONEY HUNGRY corrupt government officials!  They seem to have NO concern for the well being of the people and they appear to be just out to help themselves get promoted and it seems like they work on a point system of how many restaurants they can shut down.  

They apparently inspect small businesses harder and only briefly walk through chains and corporate restaurants. I know this for a FACT because I know people working in corporate restaurants and they are NOT inspected as hard as they inspect smaller businesses.  If there is a conspiracy going on, then I would like to know.  I don't care if this is a government institution, even government officials can be corrupted.
