Photo session went great, but still waiting on my completed photos. She's more than a week late and I've paid in full. She's not responding to email or phone calls. Now, her "Marketing Team?" is contacting me on her behalf telling me I need to be patient. I've spoken with other clients who are still waiting on their photos, yet Elle keeps posting on Facebook about booking new sessions. She needs to complete the work she's late on before she takes on new jobs.
