Complaint Review: Ellen Bleeker - Powell Green

i received e- mail from ellen bleeker, announcing me to be the winner of the south australia lotterie with a price of euros 1.000.000.00 , which has result to be a fraude. deutche bank was name as to be payer bank which i checked with the deutche bank manager in chile and they informed me this people mr. powell green and mr , steve robins , mrs ellen bleeker are not employees of any branch of the deutche bank.im reporting the fact that i havent authorized any opennig account on my name in any bank , in any country. they ask me to deposit 132.5 euros to mr. barry frank in order to pay taxes and aloud the release of the lotterie price e 1.000.000.00 which i did.that was the last new i had from them.
