A group of friends and myself were about to book a beach house with Elliot Beach Rentals. We read the fine print and it does say you will be charged a penalty of $100. However, I decided to call to be sure there will not be any additional charges. I called and spoke to a nasty representative that told me that they charge an additional 50% of the cost of the room if we cancel. They were not concerned when I told them it's not disclosed on the website, I was told it is the policy. So many people are going to be ripped off if they use this company!
