Complaint Review: Elliotts Web

Signed up for Elliots Web 12/1/2016 Received email 12/2/2016 for information to access my web sites 12/11/2015 Contacted SEO contact for information on strategy for websites. No response. 12/15/2015 attempted to contact the SEO contact to get an idea of what our strategy was. I called and went straight to voicemail. So I left a voicemail with no response. I emailed and received an auto generated email that said my email will be delayed 2 days. I sent an email to the seo department with an auto response and no response back to me. I simply want a 5 min discussion on how my dollars were working for me. 12/16/2015 Email with annoying auto response and no reply 12/17/2015 No response so I emailed again. 12/18/2015 I emailed the salesperson (Todd) and SEO contact (Edwin) for a refund.If I can't talk to anyone to know how my dollars are working for me I don't want to work with this company. FINALLY!! A response with Edwin claiming he's been in the hospital.  So the "manager" of the SEO department called me on 12/22 after a BBB complaint and stated he was going to take over my account. I decided to give them a second chance. That was a mistake. They didn't even to start to work on my website until January 11th. By me saying work- that means hes claiming he did "optimization" to my website. He didn't do anything. I canceled on the 15th and am still fighting to receive my money back. DO NOT USE!!
