Elly's World Charged my account for an item I ordered and never shipped the item to me. The site is no longer available and no one returns any emails sent to the support address. Internet
I ordered the Elly's Professional Steam Hair Straightener on 7/31/17. It said 4-6 weeks delivery. On 8/1/17 they charged my account for the item but never sent the item to me. It was paid on Spotify and when you try to check on the shipment it says the store is no longer available. I've contacted Spotify and they say they can't help. I've emailed the support address for Elly's several times but never received any response. They stole $49.97 from me.
