Back on August 4,2017 a friend showed me this awesome new steam hair straightener. So I purchased it that day. Paying $49.97 for it. I received the confirmation email that asked to please allow 4-6 weeks to ship. So I did. At around six weeks I went back in the confirmation email to see if I clicked on the "view your order” if maybe it would bring me to an order status site, or at least to the ordering page and have a tracking number. When I did this the browser pulled up and the screen was blank and read we are sorry but this webpage no longer existes. So I thought well maybe something went wrong so I tried it 2 or 3 more times and got the same error message.

I went back into the confirmation email and found a contact email (support@ellysworld.com) where I then wrote about my concerns and asked for an explanation or a refund. I waited about 2-3 weeks and got nothing. So I went back and tried the whole process again and got the same out come. So I wrote another email and I still have not received anything back. This is very upsetting. People work really hard for our money and it stinks to be ripped off by someone so cruel, selfish, and heartless. Well I hope they were satisfied. First times a shame on me and this will never happen again! Thank you whomever robbed me of a hard worked and earned $50. Lesson learned
