Elly's World stole my money!
Only July 23, 2017 I saw and advertisement for Elly's Professional Steam Hair Straightener while on Facebook. I clicked on the ad, and purchased the hair straightener, for $49.97.
I received a confirmation email stating I will receive delivery of my order in 4-6 weeks. On September 17, 2017, I sent an email to Elly's World customer service email address at support@ellysworld.com, provided in the confirmation email, to inquire about the status of my delivery.I did not hear back from anyone.
Today, November 10, 2017, I was reminded of the non-delivery of my order with Elly's World when I saw a similar advertisement, again on Facebook, by trymaxglide.com. I went back to my confirmation email to check on the status of my order and saw the message, "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable," on the Shopify website that hosted Elly's World.
Facebook should do it's due diligence in screening advertisers before allowing them on their site to scam people.
I'm so upset. I want my money back!!
