We ordered the Elmo's learning adventure books for our 4 year old daughter, and found them useless.  They are definitely geared to 2 year olds ant not 4 year olds.  There was no real learning which was gained from these stories.  We tried to return the last two sets of books that were sent to us before closing the account, and the company still charged us for them.  Mind you each set of these books is not $3-4 like they would lead you to believe, each set of books is $33 of wasted money.  I called to complain and the told us that even though we had not received the books in a timely  manner they couldn't be returned even though they were sent back in the original unopened package!  They wanted to send us back the books that we didn't want in the first place.  Customer service was a joke and they wouldn't even let me talk to a supervisor.  Save  your money and NEVER order from imponline, or get your child the books from Elmo's Learning Adventure
