This report is about elocal listing company.
They called me . They told me that they could get my website listed high in the rankings on Yahoo and Google search results. They also told me that they could guarantee that I would get at least 3 customers a week for my website.

The price that was quoted for the service was to be charged after 30 days.

That price is to be $99.00 for the setup fee and $159.00 for the listing monthly fee, for a total of $258.00.
By todays date I have not seen any improvment in the traffic to my site or any indication that there has been any advertising done on my behalf.

I am wanting to cancel the agreement to have them list my site, as of now in accordance with my option in that agreement. They told me that I have the option to cancel within 30 days. So that is my right in this agreement.

I found the site "Ripoffd Report" and discovered several other complaints about Elocal Listing company when I did a google search for the company name. I am still within the thirty day time period, so I am going to send them a letter by postal mail and by email to cancel the order. If I fail to get results that are satisfactory, It is my resolve to report them and their business in a negative report here and in any other way possible.

After checking other listing companies, It is my opinion that the charges for the service are excessive and I want to put a stop to it now before the charges go through.

The issues are resolved. The company agreed to cancel the account.

I was able to contact them by telephone, by email and by us postal mail.

I wanted to make certain that they got the message.

Their agent was courtous, however they asked me to accept another price of $99.00 a month . I refused to accept the offer.
