Paid all my rent and finished out my contract, yet they send me numerous outrageous bills, which I challenge regularly. They just redo the bill with a new amount and resend it out. They don't charge a security deposit, they charge a move-in fee so that they can keep your renter's money without actually background checking. If they had actually checked backgrounds, why did I discover a female sex offender living there?
They were supposed to spray regularly for pests. They sprayed the apartments next to mine but not mine, so when I moved out I had to pay big bucks to kill off all the roaches so I wouldn't take them to my next home. They let mostly druggies and drunks live there; the elderly and disabled requests for repairs or peace and quiet go ignored for a long time. I'm a good renter everywhere I have lived and I won't be letting this matter drop; they are reporting me to the credit bureaus when I did nothing wrong. I have proof that I paid my rent and if someone pocketed the money order monies, they will be going to jail.
