This is a very real situation that involves the health of tenants that have the same problems, but it seems these people do not give a d*** about the welfare, health, or safety of their tenants. The people of elon are just hungry money tight wads, lazy with no concern of people, for them it's all about the money. The property manager is no better, she is very rude, as well as disrespectful toward the tenants & future tenants. Personally I feel they should be sued, as well as a reality CHECK, along with a wake up call, hello fools its time to wake up & smell the coffee, YOU THINK!

Sorry to be such a pain, but I cannot let the latest situation of the latest news from an inspector to whom I had filed a compliant about the mold in my apt. He came around about 11:am in the morning, not only mold, but black mold one of worse mold there is & the hardest to get rid of. Not only due to this issue, but it is also very dangerous to us seniors. At the suggest of this inspector he suggested that I get touch with the owners of elon property magaement to see if I get a response from these people, I seriously doubt, but we will soon found out If get a response. Also take pictures lots of pictures that will give you others out there to help nail these lowlifes that we are not as dumb as they think we are!!! Warning I repeat warning do yourself a big favor DO Not Rent An a Apt or House from these lowlifes, they will take your money then YOU ARE SOL & document everything, dates, time, who the person is! Good luck to all of you who is living in mold hell . Do not be scared, nor afraid to stand & be heard, good luck to you all.
