I was in EM Lash Studio for approximatley 45 minutes and the only time I heard any of the five employees speak English was to ask me what service I wanted, where to sit, was the service ok and it would be $20.00. It was rude. If they want to enjoy the benefits of living in the US they should be grateful enough to speak English.
American tax dollars make it possible as in the case of two other immigrants I know - one is from Africa and one is from Iran. They both received $25,000 to move here. Immigrants also are able to borrow monies to start a business which if the business does not make a profit for a specified time the loan does not have to be repaid.
Rude it seems to be a requirement if your an immigrant. I have met my share. Speak English..
