I signed a money back contract that after a year when nothing has happened i ask for my money back and two days later i get a letter saying they are closing there doors.But if you call they are still doing loan mods.this company is a scam.they are also going under homeland financial.When I called Greg the sales man who promised this was legett he does not work there any more he gave me Eric Lynches # and his voice mail states he has removed him self from em lynch and referred a other #.You cant even trust a money back contract its no good.There is so much more to this i am sure.There is maybe thousands of people who are being ripped off .A class action law suit im in.

I am so mad this company wasted 13 months of my time. And STOLE $1,125 from me. I am with you on the class action Law Suit. If we can't get our money back then this guy should go to jail. So so mad. They are the laziest people on earth.
