EMachines Me- Two full months and no computer, NOT EVEN AN ANSWER TO MY MANY CALLS & LETTERS rip-off Irvine California

After countless hours and calls to the telephone support it was finally determined my 366C Etower would have to be returned for service. The machine was purchased in Sept. 2001 and returned to them on Nov. 7th. under RMA # 110107009

If you check this RMA status on their website it comes up as being received by them about ll/15/01 To date it has never been returned

Prior to shipping my machine I had placed my address lable near the serial number on the chassis. Later in Nov. I received a call from a disgruntled E-machines customer in Brooklyn NY that they had received my computer in place of their 500 model. The telephone number for this customer is 718-467-6575

I have made about 3 phone calls and written several Emails, as well as a letter to their headquarters. I've never received an acknowledgement or reply? I am now in Hilton Head SC until April. I would appreciate any help I could receive in getting my computer returned or a suitable replacement for it.
