Second damaged laptop arrived today from emachinesredeem.com. Ordered first Acer 11.6" Aspire Netbook 4GB 500GB | V5-122P-0643 on November 1 from emachinesredeem.com. Laptop arrived and would not boot up along with broken screen. Called and complained. Was told to mail in laptop would be fixed, or if it wasn't possible to fix I would be sent new laptop. Second laptop arrived today and is in even worse shape than the first laptop. Screen is even more cracked and laptop still will not boot up. Its like they just resent me the same laptop back without even looking at it. What a joke and scam.
