He forged my signature & my lease 3 times in 3 years & then submit them to 3 diffrent courts in 3 diffrent times. So the diffrent courts wouldnt see what the other court has. We had a written lease & i found out later he changed the terms on it, after I agreed on and signed. After he forged my signature & forged the lease, he sued me several times for breaching the agreed written lease.
Under oath in superior court in NJ, my attorney asked him who & when the lease was doctored & by whom , when my signature was forged, he said he has done it himself, after he gave me the correct one which was previous mutualy agreed upon and signed. He has been recorded in the court. i have the CDs from the court.
I pressed charged for him for forging my signature & forging my documents on 3 diffrent occasion & he was being procecuted in Hudson County Supperior Court. And court issued a warrant for his arrest and shortly after he was arrested in Hudson County Superior Court.

I believe he pretended to be the neighbor bc a truancy officer came by bc my son had missed days from school due to complications with the move. Upon her arrival we were gone but according to court documents this "neighbor” just happens to be there and starts to tell her knowing that she works for the Board of Education that I was evicted although I chose to move because I finally found a place.
He said I was a drug addict and that I had domestic violence incidents occurring every single day that the cops were there every single day. What’s crazy is that the day that I was moving a young lady had come by and came to see the apartment and he had texted me not to let her in but it was too late I had already let her in. She started to tell me the same thing so I actually called him and confronted him about it and of course he denied it but then this occurs.
So I’m currently battling in court and obviously they were unable to produce any police reports or any eviction's so I believe the case will be closed soon but it’s been extremely inconvenient to have these people in my life I had to hire an attorney. It’s extremely scary because these people are very powerful and they’re not always honest they could’ve easily taken my kids just on this ridiculous BS!! I have no respect for this man at this point.

I'm sorry about what he did to you.
i cant wait for the true justice will catch up with him & finaly one day authorities who are getting paid to hold people like Emad Ghaly accountable for their illegal activities will finaly put a permanant stop to crimal abuses Emad Ghaly puts the public at large through.
As long as authorities continue keeping a blind eye & let him get away with ALL HIS CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, we , all his victims be having the same conversations year after year.
i wonder why they have been allowing him to operate in those most brazen criminal ways for soooo long. If it was any other American made 1% Emad Ghaly's crimes that person would have been in jail long time ago.
Please contact the justice department IN WRITING with what happened to you & your family, even if you cant hire a lawyer, they should be notified in writting. If the local authorities who are responsible, who have been turning a blind eye to his rampant criminal activities continue to let him get away with everything, federal authorities such as FBI from Newark office & NJ Attorney General would step in & stop him from distroying the families, citizens of this great country.
Please contact anybody & everybody in writing & let me know.
We (including his other victims) also contacted the NJ Realtor Commission & let them know his criminal operations. As a consequent he lost his Realtor license in July 2018.
Again, i'm really sorry about what happened to you & you were so unlucky to ever met him. He is one of a kind. Nobody behaves like him in this country.

I hope he is finally stopped !! That man is pure evil. He still has my $1,500 deposit . I can’t afford a lawyer or time off of work to take him to court but I am so happy you did and I hope justice is served. He has screwed over so many people. The threats he makes and everything else . Congratulations on standing your ground. I hope that man loses everything he has.
