Complaint Review: Emad Ghaly

I do not personally know this man. However, I work for an establishment that deals with what he files. This man is a character to say the least he puts down anywhere from $500-$1000 in lawyers fees however when the court date arrives he always says that his lawyer can’t make it and attempts to collect fees but he never uses an attorney he just wants you to pay extra for no reason. I see a pattern with this man I see a lot of women being taken advantage of. He basically continues to demand money that he’s not legally owed and threatens with calling Dyfs for the children and he’ll proceed to tell the mother is well if the state is involved and they know you’re being evicted they will take your children but he says if you tell them you owe me they’ll me pay me. This man as I said is quite a character. He really loves to harass and take advantage of people that aren’t legally here or are trying to obtain their visas because he’ll use that against them for money as well. When he comes in to the court if the ruling is not in his favor he starts yelling and screaming he demands that the money gets deposited he doesn’t respect anyone I am completely surprised he has not been found in contempt of court. I’m aware of a lot of the lawsuits against him and a lot of the suits that hes filed against other people and most of the time he’s only entitled to about 10% of the money that he put down that is owed. I don’t know if he has his own laws in his head but he definitely doesn’t have his screws on right. His elevator definitely doesn’t go to the top floor if you know what I mean. Just stay away if you can he is a slumlord and then he will attempt to intimidate, scare, and even force by threatening his victims into paying him more cash he’s the classic bait and switch type. Just be careful with this man anybody else in his family. And as I said it’s not from personal experience but I’ve seen throughout the years about 50 tenants and they all have similar stories and they don’t know each other from a hole in the wall so everybody can not be lying. I’ve seen it with my own eyes judge after judge turn him down and giving him minimal amounts if that. Most of the time the money ends up deposited it in the court because the buildings have extreme violations and this maybe why he’s so money hungry....he doesn’t have access to the money until everything is fixed and that’s the law and he does not like the laws of this land he lets us know every chance he gets.
