Complaint Review: Email List Direct

Michael Berkely first hookis you in with grandeur money making opportunity for which he is supposedly  cus-renowned.

He tells you that the minimum and only investmnt you'll need is $5,000 for an email list developed by his associates at Email List Direct, LLC.

Then, he assigns you to a consultant associate on his staff.  Mine was Alexander DeLaPorte who was ultimately partnered with Robert Miyagi before Alexander was ultimately fired due to repeated failures on my account.

Alexander was not fired before he upsold me on the following alleged necessitiess:

- Getting a copyrighted email to blast to my purchased 5,000 name list for $5000.00

- Getting a copyrighted website for the cost of $10,000.00

Alexander's competency level for getting sales results:   NIL 

Alexander's competency for connecting all of the dots for a successful campaign:   NIL

Contract puts all responsibility on the customer (me) despite my informing Berkeley during our very first, second =, third, ..., calls that:  I am a total novice to Inet Mktg and , therefore, wholly dependent on his, and his staff's, sound guidance!

I filed, to no avail, a verbal complaint with the FBI for interstate fraud and deceptive practices, too!
