Emanuel Andrei Petcu Rip-off Scam Laptops from Romania ..wish I would have found this site before I got scammed *Consumer Suggestion
Well, I am the latest victim. After several emails in which Emanuel Andrei Petcu, (email address is sellwel@yahoo.com)communicated, I agreed to send one third of the payment once I received the UPS tracking number. What I did not realize is that you can get a tracking number before you ship a package. Needless to say, I got ripped off for $300. Better $300 than $900 but what a scam.
This guy tells you about his family. Wife is in medical practice and two girls in denistry school. He states that he is a high school chemistry teacher.
I just wish I would have found this site before I got scammed. It is truly amazing what people will do for money.

I'm a little confused, are the laptops supposedly coming from Romania or Omaha, NE. Where did your money go? Romania or NE. I'm going to assume your money went to Omaha, NE. If that's the case you can and will get your $300--even if Andrei is using family to forward the cash to him in Romania. Whoever receieved it in Omaha, NE will be charged with theft.
Contact the Omaha, NE financial crimes unit at 402-444-5676. Tell the detective how the fraudster received your money and gave nothing in return. Make sure the officer understands that there are probably dozens if not hundreds of other victims out there that could really skyrocket this case into big dollars.
Andrei will be sorry he ever scammed you.
